Frasier-Roz's Caviar Addiction
Переглядів 181 тис.13 років тому
Season 10 Ep 19 When Frasier and Niles find a caviar treasure in a Russian smuggler's boat...Roz has a taste of the stuff and is instantly hooked...while Marty faces his own problems trying to return money to a bank which the ATM mistakenly issued to him...
Oh Roz chick behave ❤
Contradictions Roz taught Niles and Fraser to be streetsmart niles and Fraser taught Roz to have culture!!!
Omg he forgot her name
Laura Linney played the part perfectly.
The lovely irony being that Charlotte was a massive fraud. She stank as a matchmaker. Must have been her ex her did all the work back in Chicago
I never understood what Frasier saw in Charlotte. I think it was just a classical case of transference.
I disagree. She was very pretty and funny.
@@meghanmisaliar Nah, Faye had Charlotte beat in both of those departments. She was prettier, funnier, more cultured, more refined, and obviously had a better taste in men. :)
The snooty owner had such a funny line. They were asking is the caviar really one hundred dollars an ounce. He responded something like “ for you yes but for the fish who gives up her babies so you can spread them on a cracker…. not so much”
Frasier rules even at 24p
O Z A R K S
I had forgotten how funny this show was!
Kelsey Grammer as Frasier Crane David Hyde Pierce as Niles Crane Peri Gilpin as Roz Doyle
over the past week these clips have found there way into my suggestions.. Damn, this show was funny.
Scarcity of caviar? First World problem. 😀
Roz acting like a drug phine, haha.
Feind* ?
This isn't trivial pursuit! Let me finish! 🤣🤣🤣
0:02 Frasier: "What was the name of the boat...?" Niles (interrupts, giddy as a boy): HMS Bounty! Frasier (in angry voice): "This isn't trivial pursuit, let me finish! What is the name of the boat that Peytr said he sailed on?" Niles (disappointed): "Caspian Queen" 😞 Lol this scene was too funny and the lines above were brilliant by Niles and Frasier.
“I understand..... come in”
Roz the junkie!
Niles stole Daphne from her fiance and Frasier steals Charlotte from her boyfriend. The dad married their former babysitter. Apparently all Crane men are creeps.
“Stole” is kind of misleading. Daphne and Charlotte were willing participants, not passive go-alongs or unwilling victims. They’re equally culpable for the end of those relationships.
@@geoffreyforbes9568 Plus, Martin didn't even remember Ronnie as the boy's babysitter. He remembered their other babysitter ("Sally the Slut" as Niles fondly called her) and got them mixed up, and that made Martin uncomfortable with dating her... until he discovered he actually had no memories of Ronnie as a teenager. He looked at her and could only see her as her present day self: a fully grown, mature, sexually experienced, knows-who-she-is-and-what-she-wants woman. :D
They're not creeps. You can't "steal" people. The women have this thing called FREE WILL.
@@geoffreyforbes9568 Bingo
It actually seems like that incident made his point: he dates so many women he can’t remember them all, even a woman he dated three times and had sex with.
Why should he, anyway?
Best pick for Frsier. Charlotte. Loved them.
Laura Linney made this character come to life. She was brilliant.
She really was. Did you see her in "You can count on me:? She set the role on fire. I love her to pieces.
Romans 9:20 But who are you, O man, to answer back to God? Will what is molded say to its molder, "Why have you made me like this?"
Ok.
Roz saying “for stuff” was brilliant! 😂
And it is very relatable. I, too, shop for stuff.
haha true
Cafe Nervosa looks weird with shelves full of stuff.
Very good
Like me. In a lift, with an imaginary woman.
😆 🤣 😂 😹 😆 🤣
An elevator
A LIFT: noun BRITISH a platform or compartment housed in a shaft for raising and lowering people or things to different levels. "Alice went up to the second floor in the lift"
@@pelimies1818 Correct. In British English, the elevator is called a “lift”.
Ellie played a young Mrs. Landingham in 'The West Wing'
I wanna see the rest of this episode!
thats the whole episode
In his defense, this scene kinda DOES prove he dates quite a lot, to the point he can't even remember them all.
except "dating quite a lot" means failure at dating. :)

@@helenaville5939 you don´t get irony do you?
@@helenaville5939 Intresting and hardly 😉
@@helenaville5939 Aha! [starts making notes]
I love that if she was from Seattle she would of known who he was
Or she recognized him but was acting as she didn't. Because she clearly needed business.
She was new to Seattle after having moved from Chicago where she later moved back to.
"Is he alright?" Hahahaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!
The way she said "for stuff" 😂😂
The timing at the beginning was brilliant.
I thought real caviar was illegal
You’re right, True Beluga Caviar was made illegal in the US back in 2005. However this episode aired before this in 2003 😊
@@isabellajasmine8805 Wild caviar was made illegal. I am not sure about the farm stuff.
Peri great performance wow
All her performances were great. Her scenes were always the best when the show went into decline.
@@chrisparkes2179 Peri Gilpin was masterful as Roz, but to say the show went into decline?! Heresy! Frasier was solid for all 11 seasons - not many sitcoms could be that consistent.
@@zbr76 That's true indeed. Frasier was always so funny and well-written until the end and though it was destined to end sometime (as with any show), it was still hilarious and great until the end and never failed to make me enjoy it. Truly a masterpiece of a show as was Cheers.
0:40 "I think the question is what are you doing here ?" LOOOOL so only you uptide elitists have the right to go to expensive stores to buy caviar ? XDD
He's saying it like that because he knows she's here to buy caviar having got addicted to it. The same way someone would ask a friend on a diet what they were doing in a cake shop.
I think is my favorite episode!
I really hate you😂😂😂😂
This episode is hilariously funny!!
Indeed, one of the best.
Russian, Australian or American Salmon Caviar is the way to go, not that cheap Lumpfish crap. Don't really need the high end stuff, unless it's a real special occasion.
I _adore_ [and oft crave] lumpfish roe/"caviar"❣️ It is delicious, juicy, and delicate... and relatively inexpensive. (I'm a bit addicted, myself.)
*snork* Oh Roz -- you see, Frasier, this is what happens when you try to get your friends into the stuff you like.
Caviar really is a gateway food.
They dont make shows like Frasier anymore!
The Good place. much better too.
One of these days, Frasier will realize he lives in a very convenient universe. :p Though, admittedly, as we find out the matchmaker is as much of a disaster as he is, sooo. . .
Charlotte is soooo familiar but I can't place the actress' name. Senior moment, lol.
Laura Linney
The Truman Show's wife
Ozark!
Congo
@@mimikinmiracle83 that’s right! She was in Congo. “Stop eating my sesame cake!” She was in that scene.

I'm single like Frasier ... committing to one is like bringing a sandwich to a banquet.
Well...assuming the entire banquet is available for your consumption...
"Enough is as good as a feast".
Yeah. Being Picky, thats the reason, oh internet commmentator.

Mmm, caviar. Like licking a dead fish found on the shore.
That's probably how it was discovered.
I don’t get liking lobster either
